Joliet *Area Community Hospice DBA Lightways Hospice and Serious Illness Care

This grant supports Growing Our Own: The Lightways NP Education Initiative, which funds the education of RN Team Leader Dana Roche as she completes her Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) degree at Northern Illinois University. The initiative helps strengthen the clinical workforce by expanding advanced practice training within Lightways Hospice and Serious Illness Care. This funding covers tuition, books, and related educational expenses to prepare an internal clinician to deliver specialized care for patients with serious illness.
