Leading Healthcare Attorney Joins Elea Institute Leadership

Elea Institute is pleased to announce the appointment of Howard Young to its Board of Directors. Young is a partner at Morgan Lewis & Bockius and brings extensive expertise in healthcare law, with a particular focus on hospice, palliative care, post-acute care, pharmacy, and medical device sectors.

At Morgan Lewis & Bockius, Young has served in multiple leadership roles, including co-leader of the firm's Global Healthcare Practice and member of the Chair's Advisory Board. His career spans decades of high-impact work at the intersection of law and healthcare policy.

Prior to his work in private practice, Young served as Senior Counsel and Deputy Branch Chief at the Office of Counsel to the Inspector General, where he coordinated closely with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and the Department of Justice on healthcare fraud matters. His distinguished public service record includes multiple Inspector General Integrity Awards.
